Company driver — East Lothian

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a company driver in East Lothian, Scotland. You will be based with a transport contractor. Ideal candidate: • Clean driving record with no major traffic violations • Good knowledge of city roads, routes and shortcuts • Able to read maps and use GPS navigation You will drive within speed limits and follow all road safety rules; keep fuel receipts and update the daily trip sheet; arrange routine servicing and renew insurance and PUC documents; report accidents, breakdowns and vehicle damage to the supervisor; follow loading sequence so first-drop parcels stay within reach; keep the cabin and load area clean and tidy. £2,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
