Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Strong knife skills and speed on the line The role involves manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases.
