Vacancy available: short order cook (South Dakota)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a short order cook in Lyman County, South Dakota. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate You will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces.
