Production line operative • Monroe County, Arkansas

Join our team: we are hiring a production line operative in Monroe County, Arkansas. You will work in an electronics assembly unit. Day-to-day duties: • Wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards • Follow the work instruction sheet for each station • Clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line Requirements: • Can read work instructions and basic measurements • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets Overtime paid at a premium rate.
