Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen You will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Pay around $200 per day, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends.
