Long-haul driver — Livingston County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a long-haul driver in Livingston County, Kentucky. You will be based at a container freight yard. What we are looking for: • Current Driver CPC qualification card • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements Your main tasks: • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock • Operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading • Log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars • Plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules • Complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery Six days a week, one day off.
