Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coater in McKean County, Pennsylvania. Requirements: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Your main tasks: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks 3+ years on the tools preferred.
