Road roller operator wanted in Franklin County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a road roller operator in Franklin County, North Carolina. You will be based in an open-cast mine. Requirements: • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence On the job you will handle: • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket • Break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations We offer $31 per hour plus benefits.
