Urgent requirement: electrostatic spray painter (Maine)

Immediate opening: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Washington County, Maine. Requirements: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Your main tasks: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches 1+ years on the tools preferred.
