You should have: • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses Your main tasks: • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
