External wall insulation fitter wanted in Oakland County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an external wall insulation fitter in Oakland County, Michigan. You will be based on flat roofs and terraces. The role involves: • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape Requirements: • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Working-at-height certificate an advantage At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
