Great opportunity: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Bienville Parish, Louisiana. You will work at a busy machine shop. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges Your main tasks: • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence 1+ years on the tools preferred.
