Now hiring: we are hiring a finish carpenter in Marion County, Kansas. You will work on a commercial fit-out site. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work On the job you will handle: • Hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles • Fix studwork and plasterboard partitions • Assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops • Cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain Rotating shifts.
