Restoration bricklayer — Knox County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a restoration bricklayer in Knox County, Tennessee. The job is on a new-build development. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks Day to day you will mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser; bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters; raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish; building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses; spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel; installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays. Pay around $220 per day, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
