What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot The role involves conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task; take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry; record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date; run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
