We are recruiting: we are hiring a car refinisher in Poinsett County, Arkansas. You will work in an automotive paint and panel workshop. The role involves blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Able to read and match factory paint codes On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
