GMAW welder — Miami County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a GMAW welder in Miami County, Ohio. You will work in a heavy engineering unit. Requirements: • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium The role involves maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. We offer $4,000 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
