Immediate opening: paint and prep technician (Mississippi)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Clay County, Mississippi. On the job you will handle: • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper What we are looking for: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
