Immediate opening: we are hiring an acoustic insulation fitter in Cumbria, England. Ideal candidate: • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Working-at-height certificate an advantage The role involves spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding.
