Immediate opening: we are hiring a banksman in Kootenai County, Idaho. The role involves: • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area • Read lift plans and method statements before starting Requirements: • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket Full-time, day shift.
