Coating plant operator wanted in Franklin County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Franklin County, Nebraska. The role involves: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Willing to work shifts and overtime Rotating shifts.
