VRF/VRV installation technician wanted in Essex County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a VRF/VRV installation technician in Essex County, New Jersey. You will work on new-build apartment projects. Day-to-day duties: • Check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge • Commission the unit and test cooling, heating and airflow • Insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving • Core-drill through brick and concrete walls to route the refrigerant piping • Run and lag the condensate drain line with the right fall • Fault-find on PCBs, sensors and compressors with a multimeter What we are looking for: • Can read electrical and piping schematics • 2+ years hands-on split and cassette AC installation experience 1+ years on the tools preferred.
