Powder coater — Albany County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coater in Albany County, Wyoming. On a typical shift you will cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage. Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
