Now hiring: we are hiring a PVC profile cutter in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania. The job is at a uPVC door and window showroom-cum-workshop. Requirements: • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine Your main tasks: • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
