You should have: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Your main tasks: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well Pay around $3,400 per month, based on your experience.
