Powder coating line operator • Goochland County, Virginia

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Goochland County, Virginia. The job is on an industrial coating line. You should have: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Day-to-day duties: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
