The role involves mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer; clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour; backfill and ram down soil around the foundations; fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns; pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator. Ideal candidate: • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
