Now hiring: we are hiring a dough maker in Randolph County, Missouri. You will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • 2+ years' experience as a baker 1+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
