Your main tasks: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Part-time with flexible hours.
