Great opportunity: we are hiring a pipe tig welder in Stone County, Arkansas. You will work at a stainless steel fabrication shop. Requirements: • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) On the job you will handle: • Weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges • Back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring) • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters Rotating shifts.
