Immediate opening: we are hiring a counter butcher in Polk County, Arkansas. Requirements: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Day-to-day duties: • Season and marinate meat on request • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools 2+ years on the tools preferred. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
