Kitchen steward wanted in Quay County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Quay County, New Mexico. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. You will mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils. Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
