Join our team: we are hiring an offshore rigger in Mellette County, South Dakota. The job is in a heavy machinery workshop. The role involves calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift; carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks. Ideal candidate: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off.
