What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Strong knife skills and speed on the line You will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; prepare the mise en place before each service; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO.
