The role involves score the top of loaves before baking; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen 6+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
