Confectioner wanted in Nuckolls County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a confectioner in Nuckolls County, Nebraska. On a typical shift you will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds.
