Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Day-to-day duties: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
