Join our team: we are hiring a cook in Humboldt County, Iowa. Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen On the job you will handle: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch 5+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $4,900 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
