Powder spray gun operator — Birnin Magaji-Kiyaw

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Birnin Magaji-Kiyaw, Zamfara State. The job is at an automotive components factory. You should have: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects The role involves: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
