We are recruiting: we are hiring a smash repairer in Dunklin County, Missouri. The job is in a smash repair workshop. On a typical shift you will pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour. Ideal candidate: • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports 2+ years on the tools preferred.
