Concrete worker — Ringgold County

Join our team: we are hiring a concrete worker in Ringgold County, Iowa. You will mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer; carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms; cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing. Ideal candidate: • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules Full-time, day shift. We offer $26 per hour plus benefits.
