Urgent requirement: we are hiring a confectioner in Tyler County, West Virginia. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. The role involves roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
