Immediate opening: conventional mill operator (West Virginia)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in Summers County, West Virginia. You will be based at a busy machine shop. What we are looking for: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T The role involves set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $2,800 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
