Great opportunity: we are hiring a pot washer in Central Bedfordshire, England. You will work in a hospital canteen. Day to day you will empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure 5+ years on the tools preferred.
