Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Your main tasks: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
