Great opportunity: we are hiring an external wall insulation fitter in Lancaster County, Virginia. You will work on a high-rise façade. Day to day you will prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors; lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding; spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings. What we are looking for: • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges Part-time with flexible hours.
