Immediate opening: we are hiring a visual inspection operator in Essex County, Vermont. The job is on a garment production line. You should have: • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping On a typical shift you will calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
