Immediate opening: we are hiring a motorcycle courier in City of Danville, Virginia. You will be based at a logistics despatch centre. Ideal candidate: • Smartphone with a working data connection for the delivery app • Willing to work shifts, weekends and peak meal times The role involves: • Weave through heavy traffic while keeping to delivery time slots • Collect cash-on-delivery (COD) payments and reconcile the float at shift end • Carry food orders in an insulated thermal box to keep meals hot • Plan the fastest route using the delivery app and GPS navigation • Collect parcels and documents from the despatch hub at the start of each shift • Wear a helmet and reflective jacket and follow road-safety rules At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
