Overhead (EOT) crane operator — Newry Mourne and Down

Immediate opening: we are hiring an overhead (EOT) crane operator in Newry Mourne and Down, Northern Ireland. Requirements: • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes The role involves: • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around £2,150 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
