Sheet metal roofer — Polk County

Now hiring: we are hiring a sheet metal roofer in Polk County, North Carolina. The job is at a sheet metal roofing workshop. On a typical shift you will hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater; erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding; lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling; fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens; solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets; set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing. Requirements: • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate • Willing to work outdoors in all weather At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off.
